Hi I have a friend who has just bought a four year old Clyedsdale, who is verry lovely. He's kept outside twenty four hous a day and has been out in 15cm of snow. I'm wondering if he should have a coat on.  My friend insists the horse is ok and can cope. Am I being a softie southener or does the hore need a bloody coat ! I'd love some advice here.
