*warning* $3000 US lost over internet

Hi,
I am from Australia, and spentUS$3000 on a new saddle through "The Tack Shoppe" aka "Class Equestrian aka "susanjwtack".
After 8 weeks, and numerous telephone calls and emails = all of which have gone unanswered, it would appear that the money that I saved so hard has all but gone. I am a single mum who genuinely is struggling financially, and have no idea how i can replace the money that has gone, and now with no saddle.
I am unable to contact anyone, and being from Australia and with the plethora of information on the internet am absolutely lost as to what to do - other than warn everyone that it would appear that the names mentioned above no longer operate (or have the WORST customer service, you would be better going elsewhere)
