Me riding saddle seat during my lesson with a purebred arab mare named Angel. Go ahead. Criticize and comment all you want. I don't care. This was only my third saddle seat lesson (I'm a huntseat rider). Hope you enjoy! ~Ka-cino p.s. Look out for the next vid I'll be uploading! When pigs Fly is a 10 year old registered American Saddlebred Mare that does everything! I have shown her saddleseat, huntseat, and western. Whendy, as she is known around the barn, loves trail rides, driving and having fun. Whendy has also been started over fences. She is a great horse and has really taken to dressage. We are at the beginning stages and this was her first dressage clinic. She did great and since we have really done well in our training. Can't wait to bring her to her first dressage show!

I'm riding Trooper in this (I have the pink shirt that says "I think I just kicked you butt" with a pic of a laughing horse on it but theres no point in saying that since you won't see all that detail. This is Erins 6th time riding ever and her first time cantering. And Skeeter is a hard horse to ride =P so she did a very good job. I jumped both of them though Trooper has no interest in it unlike Skeeter who leaps at the jumps :) Quick notes: FAQ: -Does Trooper refuse jumps? Thats yet to be discovered this is only his third time jumping in a ride. -Does Skeeter refuse jumps? No he does not. He has never refused a jump ever and loves to jump when he can. I thought Skeeter was lame. If he's lame, why is he still out in the areana and in the feild? -He limps because once some joggers ran through without giving us a heads up and ran into him and he spooked snapped his lower tendon but that was healed quickly and he's too young to be retired at the spirited age of 20 :) -Your sister doesn't have a proper seat. If shes still so new, why is she cantering? The only reason she's not sitting "proper" is because she can't fully reach the stirup but when we get to use the short straps she's very well seated. -Why is Trooper acting like he does? Horses should have mannors. Well he does have very good mannors but the saddle spooked him today. He's still being trained fyi. -I know you've said you used to do show jumping. If thats true, then why are the jumps here so small? Well three reasons. First off; I rode as a jumper for 5 years and had an accident that scared me out of it when I was younger. Second; I will only do high jumps with Skeeter now because I trust him over anything but since he can't do all that anymore, I just let him do small jumps like these for fun once every few months. And the last reason is because I don't know if my leg could hold me through it. I had a bad fall with an injury that bent my lower leg bone into an slight C shape. Warnings: If you say anything corrective about either my sisters riding or handling of the horse or mine, I do not care what you think. Today was for fun and to get the boys back under the saddle after break. And, Mrs. Green, Trooper sends all of his hugs and kisses to you!
